Apostolic Internet Seminary</b> operates as an Establishment of Religion under the definition contained in the Bill of Rights Amendments to the Constitution of the United States, Amendment One (1) which reads: "Congress shall make no law regarding an establishment of religion nor prohibiting the free exercise thereof." We therefore do not ask to be tax exempt, since to do so would bring us under the laws regarding non-profit organizations, since Congress was told to make NO LAW regarding an establishment of religion and to ask for exemption would place us also in violation of that Constitutional protection and therefore under the control of the United States Internal Revenue Service. We are NOT a non-profit organization under the Internal Revenue Code. All UP WAY Publications materials are free as the Lord provides, but freewill offerings are accepted. We do not solicit funds, but any given are gladly accepted and will be used specifically as directed by the donor.
